Our fees follow the Ontario Dental Association 2017 Fee Guides for our respective specialties. We will provide you with a detailed estimate of the fees associated with any proposed treatment. The estimate will list each procedure planned and its corresponding dental fee, along with any associated parts and lab fees.
We require payment upon the completion of each visit. We offer our patients the option of paying by Visa, Master Card, Debit Card, or cash. Upon exceptional circumstances, other payment options may be extended, but only if discussed with the doctor or office manager prior to the date of treatment.
We will assist you in receiving the maximum allowable benefits from your insurance plan. When the treatment plan is finalized we will send a pre-determination of the proposed treatment procedures to the insurance company to help calculate your eligible coverage prior to treatment. In the course of treatment as procedures are completed we will assist you in submitting claims to your insurance company so that you may receive your eligible reimbursement directly from the insurance company.
